Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We offer free on-site or virtual estimates with a detailed written quote before any work begins.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Hawaiʻi for your protection and ours.

What kind of prep work do you include?
All quotes include standard prep: surface cleaning, patching nail holes, caulking gaps, light sanding, and masking floors/fixtures. Any additional repairs needed will be discussed before work begins.

What paint brands do you use?
We primarily use Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, but can accommodate other brands by request.

How long will my project take?
Most interior rooms take 1–2 days depending on prep and number of coats. Exterior projects vary by size, weather, and prep needs — we’ll give you a timeline with your estimate.

Do I need to clear the room before painting?
Yes. Please remove personal items and furniture at least 2’ away from the walls to be painted. If you move to the center of the room, they will be covered and protected.

Do you provide a warranty on your work?List Item
At this time we do not offer a formal written warranty. However, if anything is missed or needs touching up at completion, we address it before final sign-off.

Can you help with color selection?
Absolutely. We offer guidance and can provide samples or schedule a professional color consult if desired.

What payment methods do you accept?
Only checks and cash at this time.

Do you collect a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is due when scheduling to secure your project on our calendar. The remaining balance is due at completion.

Can you paint while we are home or operating our business?
Yes. We work clean and minimize disruption. For commercial jobs, we can schedule off-hours or weekends if needed.
